- Northern Quarter creative agency, M4. Five-person studio on QuickBooks Desktop. We migrated to Xero, set up Stripe and GoCardless feeds, and connected Dext for receipt capture. Year-end accounts now take a week, not three. Fixed fee £195/month.
- Trafford Park manufacturer, M17. £2.4m turnover, two trading entities. Moved them off Sage 50 onto Xero with tracking categories for each entity. Monthly management reports for the directors, VAT filed under MTD, and CIS handled through Xero subcontractor payments.
- Didsbury solicitors, M20. Three-partner practice. Standard Xero accountancy plus client account reconciliation feeding into our SRA accounts rules workflow. They moved their bookkeeping to us in March 2025 and have not chased a VAT deadline since.
