Back in March we wrote a short blog about why you should go paperless and the benefits.
All JacRox clients now are moving towards the paperless side and take pictures/scans on smartphones of receipts, then email them directly to their own dedicated email address, where our JacRox Xero accounting team allocate the expenses accordingly.
Once a receipt has been sent on email our clients are free to dispose of the receipts as these are recorded all online in a secure area.
